The initially allowed access time for this course begins on the date you first access the course. We recognize that schedules change, so if you decide to delay start of your course, you do not need to notify us unless the delay is longer than one year from the original date of purchase.

> Access times may be extended if you feel you need additional time to master the material or if you find you must interrupt your studies for some reason. In these cases, please notify us via e-mail at stenou@stenograph.com and specify your user information, course title, and how much additional time you feel you need. Most requests can be accommodated immediately but Stenograph does reserve the right to deny requests that are deemed to be improper or unreasonable.

Access is allowed only to the original user and may not be shared whether the access is within the original time period or during an extension.
