Applying for CEUs

Instructions are posted in each course describing the procedures to apply for CEU credits. An appropriate application form is also included in each course. You will need to print required documents, print and complete the application form and submit these together with the appropriate NCRA application fee directly to the NCRA address specified to receive credit. You may also check the course listings in the distance education catalog at NCRA’s Website at www.ncraonline.org for other information about CEU credits.

State CE Points

Some states accept courses approved by NCRA for CEUs for state CE point requirements. Check with your state shorthand reporter association to determine how many CE points you may be able to earn by completing each course of study in the From Court Reporter to Captioner sequence.
