[INQUIRY]
I have not received my e-mail from Stenograph.
[SOLUTION]
When an AOL member sets their AOL mail to
avoid spam, what one option does is refuse all mail coming from the Internet,
accepting only mail coming from addresses with the domain name @aol.com.
Unfortunately, if your mail is set like this the email sent to you from
Stenograph is refused because it comes from the domain @stenograph.com;
therefore you may not be able to receive your online course password, responses
to support or customer service questions and notification of product updates.
So if you are an AOL member, please be sure the e-mail option to refuse all
e-mail coming from domain names other than @AOL.com is turned off. Alternatively
you can provide us with an e-mail address from another domain such as
@yahoo.com or @hotmail.com that is capable of receiving e-mail from all
sources.
For more details read below:
To make sure you can receive your Stenograph e-mail, please do the following:
You need to select the one that will "allow selected internet domains". There is a box on the side (type domain or email address here) where you should enter the domain name, in that box enter “stenograph.com”.
Stenograph.com

If this doesn't work
with the version of AOL you have you will need to contact AOL for further
instructions on how to receive e-mail from domains other the AOL.com.
The information above has been posted as an attempt to help you. For further
assistance, please contact your AOL support service.
